Our 2024 PI Summit draws around 300 attendees and the majority of our attending pathologists held appointments as Directors, Chairs/Chiefs, CMIOs, Managers, or other affiliated leadership positions. These individuals are decision-makers with purchase-authority who sit “in the room” when budgets are written, proposals are reviewed, and decisions are made. And, the PI Summit planning committee strives to help your company build partnerships with our attendees.

Our 2024 meeting was a huge success, not only for our attendees, but also for our vendors! Our welcome reception paired with our attendee-vendor mixed trivia game with prizes was a resounding hit! Exhibitor Ballroom traffic ramped up thanks to the QR Code Challenge Game as attendees sought out vendors to learn about featured products and services.

We will continue to provide enhanced vendor-attendee interactions and opportunities for increased visibility for exhibitors for PI Summit 2025. API will continue to facilitate hard-to-resist points of intersection. • All Tuesday and Wednesday meals and refreshment breaks will take place in the Exhibitor Ballroom during Exhibitor Hours
• Over 9,000 Active Email Outreach for Wider Advertising: API’s online membership platform can project your sponsorship through our bi-monthly newsletters and our website (over 9,000 recipients around the world).
• Raffles for Vendor Talks: To encourage robust attendance, API will sponsor raffle prizes open only to individuals who attend all Diamond Talks and President’s Reception Talks.
