API's Women Mentors from PI Summit 2022API is dedicated to scholarship and mentoring with concerted efforts to build relationships between mentors and trainees, as well as faculty in the early stages of their careers. Among some of its events, including Mentoring Monday with Dr. Michael J. Becich and the Mentoring Roundtable Luncheon, API was honored to host its Women in Pathology Informatics Networking Event featuring leaders in the field Dr. Ila Singh (Texas Children's Hospital), Dr. Mary Edgerton (MD Anderson), and Dr. Alexis Carter (Children's Healthcare of Atlanta), graciously funded by Dr. Monica De Baca (Pacific Pathology Partners), who was unable to attend.
